A typical meal

Our project support every day the kids with hot meals, Cambodian eat only hot meals. Borin sent me today these photos of Chanty, showing how a typical meal from us look like.

och: "IF YOU CAN DREAM IT - YOU CAN DO IT" Education Aid to Cambodia started in February 2006. I met the monk, Saru, and decided to help him by a good private university education, he completed his law studies 6 years later. On several trips to Cambodia, visiting Saru, I met a lot of poverty and misery and therefore I extended the project supported by family and friends. Our project supported more than 20 kids & young people, based on help by education. Our motto is HELP FOR SELF HELP or as Saru said, it is better to give a person a fishing net than to give him a fish…. The support is spread in ever-widening circles or like my godson, Borin, wrote me in a mail: I CAN SEE YOUR MIND. LITTLE STONES MAKE MOUNTAINS, LITTLE STEPS CAN COVER MILES, LITTLE ACTS OF LOVING - KINDNESS GIVES THE WORLD SMILES. Borin is now working as a medical doctor :-) This blog is made as documentation of the kids life story. Contact: orly.christensen@hotmail.com
